OBTAINING A PROPOSAL

If your company is looking for an affordable plan option, Ballard Benefits Group is ready to assist you in designing the plan and negotiating the most competitive rates. We will complete a benefit and financial analysis based on the quotes we receive and present you with the results.

In order for the insurance companies to provide healthcare rates, your group is required to go through an underwriting process. For small groups of 2-50 employees, each employee is asked to complete an application form that includes medical history questions. For groups of 51+ employees, the group contact must complete a risk questionnaire disclosing any medical conditions that he/she is aware of within their group.
